The newly developed nanotechnology process has achieved a rate of almost 100% tetrabasic lead sulphate (4BS), and most importantly has achieved unified 4BS crystal structure of very small dimension (less than 10μm).
The unusual size facilitates the circulation of acid and brings considerable improvement to cold cranking performance (CCA) and C20 capacity.
Consequently, the most important advantage comparing to standard technology is longer lifetime and improved cycling characteristics (discharge-charge).
